At Meacham Flyers, our goal is to make flying safe, simple, and enjoyable for every member.

The following guidelines help ensure our aircraft, members, and operations run smoothly.

Insurance

All members are required to carry an individual non-owner renter’s insurance policy with a minimum of $10,000 in hull coverage.

Pilot Requirements

To join Meacham Flyers, members must have:

• A current pilot certificate

• Valid photo ID

• A current medical certificate (as applicable)

• A current flight review

All new members will complete a checkout with one of our CFIs, which typically averages around three hours, depending on experience.

Membership Initiation

The membership initiation fee is non-refundable.

​

Payment Setup

Members are required to keep a valid credit or debit card on file for auto-pay, which will incur a 3.5% service fee.

ACH payments are also accepted and do not incur a recurring service fee, aside from the initial setup fee charged by the payment provider.

Monthly Dues

Membership dues are billed on the 1st of each month through our online flight management system.
New members will have their first month prorated based on their join date.

Aircraft & Simulator Rentals

Aircraft and simulator rentals are paid after each flight at check-in through the club’s online flight management system.

​

Aircraft Care

Members are expected to return aircraft in the same or better condition as when dispatched, with fuel tanks topped off after each flight.
